Property information is supplied by sellers and other third parties, and while deemed reliable, is not guaranteed by the listing brokerage, the MLS, or AXIS Real Estate Group. We are not responsible for the accuracy of IDX data and recommend that all information be independently verified.

Your property search activity, saved listings, and search criteria may be stored in our database to provide personalized services. This information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes except as required by MLS rules or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party services that assist with Website operation, including:
    • Vercel (website hosting and content delivery)
    • Supabase (authentication and account database)
    • Neon (property listing database)
    • Resend (transactional email delivery)
    • Google Analytics and Meta/Facebook (analytics and advertising measurement)
    • Sentry (error monitoring and performance tracking)
    • Mapbox and Google Maps (interactive map services)
    These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
  • Real Estate Professionals: Agents and transaction coordinators within our brokerage to facilitate your real estate needs.
  • MLS Organizations: As required by IDX and MLS rules and regulations.
  • Advertising Partners: We may share anonymized or aggregated data with Meta/Facebook through the Facebook Pixel for advertising measurement and audience creation. See Section 9 for your opt-out rights.
  • Legal and Regulatory Bodies: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or the rights and safety of others.

Mobile and SMS opt-in information: The phone number you provide and your consent to receive text messages are used solely to deliver the messages you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is shared only with the messaging providers that deliver these messages on our behalf, and the anonymized advertising data described above specifically excludes SMS opt-in and consent information.
